This connector comprises a resin body member, first signal terminals, and second signal terminals. One of the first signal terminals is defined as a third signal terminal. One of the second signal terminals that is located closest to the third signal terminal as seen in a downward direction is defined as a fourth signal terminal. A conductor does not exist between the third signal terminal and the fourth signal terminal. The position of the upper end of a first proximity part of the third signal terminal and the position of the upper end of a second proximity part of the fourth signal terminal are different from each other in the vertical direction. The second proximity part has a portion located higher than the first proximity part. The first proximity part has a portion located lower than the second proximity part.
