Summary: | The present application relates to the field of pathogen nucleic acid detection, and discloses a primer and a test kit for detecting a urinary tract infection pathogen and a drug-resistant gene, and a use thereof. In the present application, a detection reagent is fixed and freeze-dried in a strip of eight PCR tubes using an eight-strip freeze-drying technique. Four channels are used to detect four targets in each well, and the eight wells in the eight-tube strip are used to detect different targets. 31 targets and 1 internal standard gene are covered in total.
