Summary:An electrical control box for superconducting magnet transportation and a transportation apparatus, relating to the field of superconducting magnet transportation and for use in transporting a superconducting cold magnet. An electrical control box for superconducting magnet transportation is provided for solving the current problem of relatively high requirements for the rated load capacity of a transportation apparatus in transporting a superconducting magnet. One path of input is converted into two paths of outputs using a power splitter module to be respectively supplied toto a helium compressor and a refrigerating unit, so that behavior habits of transportation personnel are met. In addition, a delay module is further arranged in one path of power supply output connected to the helium compressor, so that the helium compressor is powered later than the refrigeration unit, namely, staggered starting of the helium compressor and the refrigerating unit is achieved, thereby avoiding the problem of the two devi
