Summary: | The present invention belongs to the technical field of lithium battery positive electrode materials. Disclosed is a preparation method for an aluminum-doped lithium cobalt oxide precursor, comprising the following steps: using an ammonium bicarbonate solution as a base solution, adding in a parallel flow manner a cobalt and aluminum mixed salt solution and an ammonium bicarbonate solution under stirring at 35-44℃, reacting same until the particle size increases to 14-16 μm, heating same to 45-50℃, adding a surfactant solution, and reacting same until the particle size increases to 17-19 μm, so as to obtain a wide-distribution aluminum-doped lithium cobalt oxide precursor in which large and small particles are both present. In the present invention, first, a reaction is carried out at 35-44℃ until the particle size increases to 14-16 μm, and then the temperature is raised to 45-50℃, and a surfactant is added so as to effectively enhance the repulsion effect between particles, such that uniform nucleation of t |
