An output wire and terminal combination structure (1), containing an output wire (10), a lead terminal (20) and an insulating base (30). The output wire (10) contains an insulating bushing (11) and a copper core wire (12). The lead terminal (20) contains a riveting ring (21), a lead ring (22) and a soldering section (23), which are connected to each other, wherein the riveting ring (21) is fixedly nested outside the insulating bushing (11); the lead ring (22) covers the copper core wire (12); and the soldering section (23) bends and extends in a direction which forms an included angle with the output wire (10). The output wire (10) and the lead terminal (20) pass through a solder pot, so that the lead ring (22) and the copper core wire (12) are coated with solder and connected.
