A heat exchange unit according to the present invention comprises: a parallel flow-type first heat exchange unit that exchanges heat between a refrigerant and an external fluid; and a parallel flow-type second heat exchange unit that is located downstream of the first heat exchange unit in the flow direction of the external fluid and that is connected in parallel with the first heat exchange unit with respect to the flow of the refrigerant. The shape of the first heat exchange unit differs from the shape of the second heat exchange unit. Une unité d'échange thermique selon la présente invention comprend : une première unité d'échange thermique à équicourant qui échange de la chaleur entre un fluide frigorigène et un fluide externe ; et une seconde unité d'échange thermique à équicourant qui est située en aval de la première unité d'échange thermique dans la direction d'écoulement du fluide externe et qui est raccordée en parallèle à la première unité d'échange thermique par rapport à l'écoulement du fluide frigorigène.
