Disclosed is a mold overflow venting structure. A mold comprises an upper mold (1) and a lower mold (2), a forming cavity (3) being between the upper mold and the lower mold. The mold overflow venting structure comprises a vent ring groove (4) that is recessed upward on the bottom surface of the upper mold, a venting channel (5) located in the upper mold, and an overflow groove (6), an overflow notch (7) and a venting notch (8) which are all arranged on the top surface of the lower mold, and are recessed downwards. The overflow notch and the venting notch are located on two sides of the overflow groove, respectively, and the overflow notch and the venting notch are arranged in a staggered manner. The overflow groove is in communication with the forming cavity by means of the overflow notch. The venting ring groove is located above the venting notch.
