The present invention relates to a recoating device which performs the function of uniformly applying powder in a powder bed-type 3D printer, and a 3D printer including the recoating device. A recoating device of the present invention includes a flattening blade for generating a flow of powder in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the recoating device progresses, and thus can uniformly flatten powder even if, depending on the position, a non-uniform amount of powder is discharged from the front of the recoating device.
