A radar sensor and a pedestrian safety system, according to the present invention, comprises: a radar sensor comprising a first detection unit for detecting a moving vehicle moving in the travelling direction of a road on which a plurality of parked vehicles are parked along the side of the road, and a second detection unit for detecting two adjacent parked vehicles among the plurality of parked vehicles, and a pedestrian in between the two parked vehicles; and a bracket for installing the radar sensor on a road structure.
