A ladle baking device, comprising an igniter (1) and a device body. A cooling bottom plate (18) and a cooling cover plate (19) are provided at the front end of the igniter (1) and the front end of the device body. A cooling cavity is formed between the cooling bottom plate (18) and the cooling cover plate (19). The edge of the cooling bottom plate (18) is connected to a small drum (20).
