The present invention relates to a resin infiltrated ceramic and a preparation method therefor. The resin infiltrated ceramic comprises a ceramic body and resin provided inside the ceramic body and on the surface of same. The ceramic body comprises polymethyl methacrylate modified sodium aluminum silicate. Raw materials for preparation of the resin comprise an acrylate-type resin monomer and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane containing a methacrylate functional group. The resin infiltrated ceramic disclosed by the present invention has excellent mechanical properties, has fracture toughness, flexural strength and hardness which are similar to that of human teeth, and has the characteristic of low shrinkage, thus facilitating CAD/CAM cutting.
