Summary:The present application relates to a mascara brush, comprising a brush rod and bristles. The brush rod comprises a holding portion and a mounting portion which are fixedly connected; the roots of the bristles are arranged on the side wall of the mounting portion, and the free ends of the bristles are distant from the mounting portion; a plane is arranged on the side wall of the mounting portion; at least one row of bristles is arranged on the plane; and the center lines of the bristles and the axis of the brush rod non-perpendicularly intersect.
