The present invention relates to a bus bar assembly and a battery module comprising same, the bus bar assembly having an easily variable shape so as to be connected to a secondary battery which includes various types of electrode leads, such that applicability thereof to various types of battery modules is possible, and being fixable without a separate additional member such that enhancing efficiency is improved. The bus bar assembly according to the present invention may comprise: a pair of bus bars crossing each other; a shaft arranged at a point at which the pair of bus bars cross each other, so as to connect the pair of bus bars by using a hinge; and an elastic member connected between the pair of bus bars. La présente invention concerne un ensemble barre omnibus et un module de batterie le comprenant, l'ensemble barre omnibus présentant une forme facilement variable de façon à être connecté à une batterie secondaire qui comprend divers types de fils d'électrode, de sorte que l'applicabilité de celui-ci à divers types de modules de batterie est possible, et pouvant être fixé sans élément supplémentaire séparé de sorte que l'efficacité d'amélioration est améliorée.
