Summary:The present invention is to provide an electrode resistance measuring device which measures the through-plane resistance of an electrode and enables single-sheet measurement for individual electrodes with high reproducibility, the device comprising: a lower terminal of which the top surface is in close contact with the bottom surface of an electrode to be measured; and a resistance measurement unit electrically connected to an upper terminal and the lower terminal so as to measure the resistance of the electrode to be measured, wherein microporous layers are formed on the bottom surface of the upper terminal and the top surface of the lower terminal. La présente invention vise à fournir un dispositif de mesure de résistance d'électrode qui mesure la résistance à travers le plan d'une électrode et permet une mesure sur feuille unique pour des électrodes individuelles avec une reproductibilité élevée, le dispositif comprenant : une borne inférieure dont la surface supérieure est en contact intime avec la surface inférieure d'une électrode devant être mesurée ; et une unité de mesure de résistance électriquement connectée à une borne supérieure et à la borne inférieure de façon à mesurer la résistance de l'électrode devant être mesurée, des couches microporeuses étant formées sur la surface inférieure de la borne supérieure et la surface supérieure de la borne inférieure. 본 발명은 전극의 면통과(through-plane) 저항을 측정하는 것에 있어서 개별 전극에 대한 한 장 단위의 측정을 높은 재현성으로 가능하게 하기 위하여, 측정 대상 전극의 하면에 상면이 밀착되는 하부 단자; 및 상부 단자와 하부 단자에 전기적으로 연결되어 측정 대상 전극의 저항을 측정하는 저항 측정부를 포함하고, 상부 단자의 저면 및 하부 단자의 상면에는 미세 다공성 층(microporous layer)이 형성되는 전극 저항 측정 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
