The invention relates to a lifting system (1) for erecting, maintaining or dismantling a floating wind turbine (4), which comprises: - a tower (11) comprising at least two elements (11A-11D) which can be telescoped together such that it can assume at least a retracted position, and a deployed position; - and a crane (12) mounted on an upper element (11A), this crane being mobile in rotation about a vertical axis (X1) of the system. Such a system, mounted on a dock, can be used in the deployed position to work on a wind turbine, and, in the retracted position, as a harbour crane. L'invention porte sur un système de levage (1) pour le montage, l'entretien ou le démontage d'une éolienne flottante (4), qui comprend : - une tour (11) comprenant au moins deux éléments (11A-11D) télescopables entre eux de sorte que qu'elle peut prendre au moins une position rétractée, et une position déployée; - et une grue (12) montée sur un élément supérieur (11A), cette grue étant mobile en rotation autour d'un axe vertical (X1) du système. Un tel système, monté à poste sur un quai, peut être utilisé dans la position déployée pour travailler sur une éolienne, et, dans la position rétractée en tant que grue portuaire.
