The present invention provides a novel compound with a TRAP-1 activity inhibitory effect superior to that of a known conventional compound. The compound of the present invention inhibits TRAP-1 activity, and thus can be effectively used as a composition for treating or preventing cancer and neovascular ocular diseases. La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé ayant un effet inhibiteur de l'activité TRAP-1 supérieur à celui d'un composé classique connu.
