Summary:A method and a device for video encoding/decoding are provided. A video decoding method according to the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: determining a motion vector of a first region of a current block; determining a motion vector of a second region of the current block; determining partitioning direction candidates by using template blocks of the current block, and determining partitioning direction information among the partitioning direction candidates; generating a prediction block of the first region and generating a prediction block of the second region; determining a blending region by using the partitioning direction information and determining a blending matrix by using the blending region; and generating a prediction block of the current block by using the blending matrix, the prediction block of the first region, and the prediction block of the second region. La divulgation concerne un procédé et un dispositif de codage/décodage vidéo.
