Summary:A wear element (1) for frictional force transmission is disclosed. The wear element (1) comprises a base element (2), a protective coating (3) and a friction surface (4) for frictional force transmission, wherein the base element (2) comprises a non-even surface (7) with at least one projection (6), wherein the protective coating (3) is provided on the non-even surface (7) to at least partially form the friction surface (4) in an unworn state of the wear element (1). Further, a friction brake, a vehicle and a method for producing a wear element are disclosed. Un élément d'usure (1) pour la transmission d'une force de friction est divulgué. L'élément d'usure (1) comprend un élément de base (2), un revêtement de protection (3) et une surface de friction (4) pour une transmission de force de friction, l'élément de base (2) comprenant une surface non uniforme (7) avec au moins une saillie (6), le revêtement de protection (3) étant disposé sur la surface non uniforme (7) pour former au moins partiellement la surface de friction (4) dans un état non porté de l'élément d'usure (1). Un frein à friction, un véhicule et un procédé de fabrication d'un élément d'usure sont également divulgués.
