A ketogenic diet composition, which comprises, in percent by mass, 12±5% of whey protein, 8%-10% of fiber, 1%-2% of fish oil, 0.5%-1% of flaxseed oil, 1%-2% of C8 medium-chain triglyceride oil, 60%-65% of cocoa butter, 1%-2% of minerals, 2% of calcium hydrogen phosphate, 1% of calcium carbonate, 2%-3% of potassium citrate, 0.1%-0.2% of vitamin C, 0.3%-0.5% choline bitartrate, etc. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) accurately weighing the above-mentioned components, adding sterile water to the components, and fully stirring same to form blocks; b) preparing the uniformly mixed feed blocks into granules with a diameter of 12.5 mm and a length of 4 cm; c) conveying the prepared granular feed into a drying room and drying same for 1-2 days; d) irradiating the dried feed with γ rays for 1-2 days; and e) after irradiation, performing sterile packaging while measuring the irradiation effect.
