L'invention concerne une composition pour un traitement qui comprend un adjuvant de traitement et une population de particules d'administration noyau-enveloppe, l'enveloppe étant constituée, au moins en partie, d'un matériau polymère qui est le produit de réaction d'un chitosane modifié et d'au moins un électrophile, le chitosane modifié étant le produit de réaction de chitosane et d'un composé de modification, le composé de modification étant un époxyde, un aldéhyde ou un composé α,β-insaturé. L'invention concerne en outre des méthodes de fabrication et d'utilisation de telles compositions.
