Summary:The present invention relates to a method for detecting a target nucleic acid by using self-priming hairpin probe-utilized isothermal amplification of a signal-producing sequence (SHIAS). SHIAS of the present invention can detect a target nucleic acid with high sensitivity and specificity without using several pairs of external primers, and can stably detect clinical specimens, and thus has a high potential for clinical applications. In addition, the present invention can produce a plurality of signal-producing sequences by using a plurality of hairpin probes, which are specific to each of multiple target nucleic acids, and ultimately detect the multiple target nucleic acids at the same time, and thus is significant with respect to being used as a novel isothermal amplification platform technology for molecular diagnosis. En outre, la présente invention peut produire une pluralité de séquences produisant un signal en utilisant une pluralité de sondes en épingle à cheveux, qui sont spécifiques de chacun des multiples acides nucléiques cibles, et finalement détecter les multiples acides nucléiques cibles en même temps, et est donc importante en ce qui concerne son utilisation en tant que nouvelle technologie de plate-forme d'amplification isotherme pour le diagnostic moléculaire. 본 발명은 자가 프라이머 구조를 가지는 헤어핀 프로브를 활용한 신호 유발 물질의 등온 증폭 기술(SHIAS)을 이용한 표적 핵산 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 SHIAS 기술은 여러 쌍의 외부 프라이머의 사용 없이 높은 민감도와 특이도로 표적 핵산을 검출할 수 있으며, 임상 검체를 안정적으로 검출할 수 있어 임상 적용 가능성이 높다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 다중 표적 핵산에 각각 특이적인 다수의 헤어핀 프로브를 이용하여 다수의 신호 유발 염기서열을 생성하고, 최종적으로 다중 표적 핵산을 동시에 검출할 수 있으므로 분자진단을 위한 새로운 등온 증폭 플랫폼 기술로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
