Summary:The invention relates to an energy-saving smart see-through window which can block ultraviolet rays and heat and has variable transmittance, the window comprising: nanopore see-through panels mounted on a frame of a window; detection members for detecting a person moving inside or outside the window; and a light emitting member configured of multiple micro LED light sources and emitting light toward the nanopore see-through panels according to the detection result of the detection members, wherein the nanopore see-through panels include a first nanopore see-through panel mounted on the outdoor side of the window and a second nanopore see-through panel mounted on the indoor side of the window, and the detection members are configured to include a first detection member mounted on the outdoor side of the window and a second detection member mounted on the indoor side of the window, thereby achieving energy savings by reducing the cooling load and the heating load.
