Summary: | The present invention relates to a luminous fabric using a layering method, and a method for manufacturing same. The luminous fabric is manufactured by a layering method by sequentially laminating: a fabric layer manufactured by weaving a mixture of an optical fiber yarn and a fiber yarn; a light absorption layer that is laminated, on one or both sides of the fabric layer in an area surrounding a design area that is to emit light, and absorbs the light emitted from the optical fiber yarn; a diffusion layer that is laminated, on the entirety of the fabric layer on which the light absorption layer is formed, and diffuses light; and a color layer laminated on the diffusion layer and coating the design area and surrounding areas. Accordingly, the visibility of a design displayed on the luminous fabric can be improved.
La présente invention concerne un tissu lumineux utilisant un procédé de superposition de couches, et son procédé de fabrication. Le tissu lumineux est fabriqué par un procédé de superposition de couches par stratification séquentielle : d'une couche de tissu fabriquée par tissage d'un mélange d'un fil de fibre optique et d'un fil de fibre ; d'une couche d'absorption de lumière qui est stratifiée, sur un côté ou les deux côtés de la couche de tissu dans une zone entourant une zone de motif qui doit émettre de la lumière, et absorbe la lumière émise par le fil de fibre optique ; une couche de diffusion qui est stratifiée, sur la totalité de la couche de tissu sur laquelle la couche d'absorption de lumière est formée, et diffuse la lumière ; et une couche de couleur stratifiée sur la couche de diffusion et recouvrant la zone du motif et les zones environnantes. Par conséquent, la visibilité d'un motif exposé sur le tissu lumineux peut être améliorée.
