An information processing device according to the present technique includes: a first sensor unit that is provided to be able to perform sensing regarding the state of a user's eye region; an angle estimation unit that estimates an inclination angle of the user's head with respect to the first sensor unit on the basis of sensing information obtained by the sensor unit provided to be able to perform sensing regarding the state of the user's eye region; and a notification processing unit that performs processing to issue a notification prompting a change in the inclination angle on the basis of the result obtained by determining whether the inclination angle estimated by the angle estimation unit is outside a predetermined angle range.
