A clothing processing apparatus and a method for manufacturing same are disclosed. The clothing processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cabinet including a loading opening through which clothes are put into the cabinet; and a door coupled to the cabinet to open/close the loading opening, wherein: the door comprises a door frame which is pivotally coupled to the cabinet and includes an outer surface facing the outside of the cabinet, and a door window which is coupled to the outer surface of the door frame; and the outer surface of the door frame includes a first region and a second region which has a larger polarity than the first region and is provided with an adhesive for coupling of the door window to the outer surface.
