The present invention relates to a module structure that includes an air purification module mounted on a headrest of a seat of an automobile or general vehicle to provide purified air toward a driver's respiratory tract, and provides a vehicle headrest equipped with an air purification module comprising: a headrest main body; an air purification module disposed inside the headrest main body and including a filter module (F) that draws in external air to purify and sterilize the air; and a guide body coupled to the outer surface of the headrest main body and guiding the air discharged from a purified air outlet of the air purification module (200).
