Disclosed is a production method for a component mounted substrate, the method producing a component mounted substrate in which a component is mounted on a substrate that has a plurality of mounting points each having a land on which a solder precoat is formed. This production method of a component mounted substrate comprises: an application step in which a flux is applied to a solder precoat that has been formed on a land of a substrate; an inspection step in which location information of the applied flux on the substrate is acquired; a calculation step in which a target position in a mounting point is calculated on the basis of the location information; and a mounting step in which a component is mounted on the target position. Consequently, defects or scattering of a component can be suppressed when the component is mounted on a mounting point that has a land on which a solder precoat is formed.
