The cooling device comprises a plurality of cooling columns and a plurality of connection pipes; each cooling column is provided with a cavity; the connection pipes are detachably connected to the cooling columns; the connection pipes are communicated with the cavities; the plurality of cooling columns are sequentially connected in series by means of the connection pipes; and each cooling column is provided with a cooling surface adapted to the shape of at least part of the side surface of a battery cell.
