A trusted time network calibration system and a method for providing a trusted time service on the basis of same. Said system comprises: a time source tracing to coordinated universal time (UTC); an NTP synchronization server connected to the time source, providing a NTP synchronization service, and recording a server NTP synchronization log ; a time calibration server generating and issuing a digital calibration certificate, and providing a valid state query of the digital calibration certificate; and a trusted time apparatus providing a trusted time service having the digital calibration certificate for an external program by means of synchronously calibrating system time with the NTP synchronization server and of acquiring the digital calibration certificate from the time calibration server. Further provided is the method for providing a trusted time digital service. The system and method of the present invention can be used for ensuring the accuracy of time calibration of trusted time apparatuses, the mac
