The present invention relates to a heated seat for a vehicle, and a method for manufacturing same, the heated seat comprising: a heating unit in which is arranged a heating cable including a metal-coated carbon fiber in which a metal-coated carbon fiber substrate is wrapped with a glass fiber; and a body unit to which the heating cable is attached, wherein the glass fiber is wrapped around the metal-coated carbon fiber substrate at a predetermined angle along the outer circumferential surface thereof.
