A guide rail (2) is fixed in a bed of the transport vehicle (1), a slide carriage is slidably connected to a surface of the guide rail (2), a mounting base is fixed to a top surface of the slide carriage, a boom (8) is rotatably connected to a surface of the mounting base, an end of the boom (8) is in movable inserted connection with an extension arm, an end of the extension arm is hinged to two grab buckets (16), a hydraulic cylinder is hinged to a surface of each grab bucket (16), and the other end of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged to a surface of the extension arm.
