Summary: | What is described herein relates to a method for optimizing purification conditions of a protein of interest comprising: a) prediction of filtration performance of a protein of interest based on the hydrophobicity of said protein of interest and/or b) filtration of a protein of interest wherein the protein of interest has an isoelectric point in the range of between 3.0 and 7.5 and the filtration is earned out at a pH above the isoelectric point.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'optimisation des conditions de purification d'une protéine d'intérêt comprenant : a) la prédiction de la performance de filtration d'une protéine d'intérêt sur la base de l'hydrophobicité de ladite protéine d'intérêt et/ou b) la filtration d'une protéine d'intérêt, la protéine d'intérêt ayant un point isoélectrique dans la plage entre 3,0 et 7,5 et la filtration étant effectuée à un pH au-dessus du point isoélectrique. |
