Summary: | A manual braking mechanism, comprising a housing (10), a manual wheel (20), a pawl assembly (30), and a braking assembly (40). The pawl assembly (30) is mounted on the back of the manual wheel (20), and rotates with the rotation of the manual wheel (20). The pawl assembly (30) is provided with a telescopic pawl (32), and the pawl (32) telescopes in an up-down direction. A rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the housing (10), and a chain (42) has one end indirectly pull the rotating shaft (41) and the other end connected to a braking member. The braking member brakes an object to be braked with the pulling of the chain (42). A ratchet wheel (43) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (41) and is connected to the pawl (32) or idling. When the torque output by the manual wheel (20) is less than a preset torque, the pawl (32) is inserted into the ratchet wheel (43) and connected to the ratchet wheel (43).
