La présente divulgation concerne des modulateurs de l'homologue 1 du récepteur du foie (LRH-1), ainsi que des méthodes de gestion de maladies et d'affections associées à ceux-ci. Dans certains exemples, des modulateurs sont des dérivés d'héxahydropentalène.
