A shaping device which is for forming a metallic member from a metallic material that is an aluminum alloy, the shaping device comprising shaping dies having corner-forming surfaces which are depressively cured in a cross-sectional view and are for forming corners of the metallic member. The shaping dies comprise a first main die and a second main die, which face each other, and double-acting dies movable relatively to the first and second main dies. The metallic material is pressed by the double-acting dies so that portions of the metallic material which correspond to the corners are pushed into the corner-forming surfaces.
