Summary:The present invention relates to a cellulose composite, a manufacturing method therefor, and a rubber composition including same, wherein the cellulose composite comprises cellulose fibers and first and second spacers distributed among the cellulose fibers, the first spacer including an organic monomer or polymer with a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) of 8 to 18, the second spacer including an organic monomer or polymer with an HLB of 1 to less than 8. In the cellulose composite according to the present invention, the first spacer distributed among the cellulose fibers inhibits inter-fiber hydrogen bonding by binding to the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the cellulose fibers and the second spacer improves compatibility with resins. Thus, when used as a reinforcement agent in resins, the cellulose composite enhances the dispersibility of cellulose fibers, thereby preventing the degradation of the mechanical properties of the resin. La présente invention concerne un composite de cellulose, son procédé de fabrication, ainsi qu'une composition de caoutchouc le contenant, le composite de cellulose comprenant des fibres de cellulose et des premier et deuxième espaceurs répartis entre les fibres de cellulose, le premier espaceur contenant un monomère ou polymère organique doté d'un rapport hydrophile-lipophile (HLB) de 8 à 18, le deuxième espaceur comprenant un monomère ou polymère organique doté d'un HLB de 1 à moins de 8. Dans le composite de cellulose selon la présente invention, le premier espaceur réparti entre les fibres de cellulose inhibe la liaison hydrogène entre les fibres par liaison aux groupes hydroxyle sur la surface des fibres de cellulose, et le deuxième espaceur améliore la compatibilité avec les résines. Ainsi, lorsqu'il est utilisé en tant qu'agent de renforcement dans des résines, le composite de cellulose améliore la dispersibilité des fibres de cellulose, ce qui empêche la dégradation des propriétés mécaniques de la résine. 본 발명은 셀룰로오스 섬유, 상기 셀룰로오스 섬유 사이에 분포되는 제1 및 제2 스페이서를 포함하고, 상기 제1 스페이서는 8 내지 18의 HLB(hydrophilic-lipophilic balance)를 갖는 유기 단량체 혹은 중합체를 포함하며, 상기 제2 스페이서는 1 내지 8 미만의 HLB를 갖는 유기 단량체 혹은 중합체를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 복합체, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 고무 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 셀룰로오스 복합체는 셀룰로오스 섬유 사이에 분포한 제1 스페이서가 셀룰로오스 섬유 표면의 히드록실기와 결합하여 섬유간 수소결합을 억제하고, 상기 2차 스페이서가 수지와의 상용성을 개선함으로써, 수지의 보강제로 사용될 때 셀룰로오스 섬유의 분산성을 향상시켜 수지의 기계적 물성 저하를 방지할 수 있다.
