La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification de 6FDA ayant une pureté élevée. Selon la présente invention, l'utilisation de charbon actif et d'acide phosphorique ensemble dans le procédé de purification permet d'éliminer les impuretés ioniques de métaux lourds contenues dans 6FDA en un seul procédé tout en maintenant un excellent rendement, ce qui permet la production de 6FDA de qualité élevée et de haute pureté. 본 발명은 6FDA의 고순도 정제방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 정제방법에서 활성탄과 인산을 함께 사용함으로써, 6FDA 내에 포함된 중금속 이온 불순물을 단일 공정으로 제거하면서도 우수한 수율을 유지하면서 고품질 및 고순도의 6FDA를 제조할 수 있다.
