L'invention concerne un système comprenant (i) un processeur configuré pour recevoir, dans une zone située entre une première et une seconde région d'un organe d'un patient, un ou plusieurs signaux, au moins un signal parmi les signaux comportant des premier et second composants indiquant une propriété électrophysiologique (EP) de l'organe, et sur la base d'une relation entre les premier et second composants, le processeur est configuré pour estimer l'emplacement d'au moins une zone de transition entre la première et la seconde région, et (ii) un écran configuré pour afficher au moins la zone de transition estimée sur une carte de l'organe.
