Summary:The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing organoid using the self-assembly of spheroid. Particularly, the organoid prepared by the preparation method of the present invention has a cup-shaped shape with a concave center, and thus, the following advantages may be obtained: nutrients and oxygen can be smoothly supplied to the center; and limitations in the size of organoid can be overcome. La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de préparation d'organoïde à l'aide de l'auto-assemblage de sphéroïde. Plus particulièrement, l'organoïde préparé par le procédé de préparation de la présente invention présente une forme de coupelle avec un centre concave, ce qui permet de bénéficier des avantages suivants : les nutriments et l'oxygène peuvent être acheminés en douceur vers le centre ; et les limitations de taille de l'organoïde peuvent être surmontées. 본 발명은 스페로이드의 자가조립을 이용하여 오가노이드를 제조하는 신규한방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 제조 방법으로 제조된 오가노이드는 중심부가 오목한 컵 모양의 형태를 가짐으로써, 중심부까지 영양분 및 산소가 원활하게 공급될 수 있고 오가노이드 크기의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
