The method comprises: acquiring an uncontrollable operating parameter of an air conditioner; on the basis of the uncontrollable operating parameter, predicting an operating power which corresponds to each parameter combination of controllable operating parameters of the air conditioner, wherein there are at least two controllable operating parameters, and the operating power corresponds to a parameter combination which is formed by means of combining parameters among all of the controllable operating parameters; and controlling the air conditioner to operate according to a target operating parameter combination.
