The electrode can be used as an anode for reverse pulse electroplating. L'invention concerne une électrode, ainsi que son utilisation et son procédé de préparation. L'électrode comprend un substrat, une couche intermédiaire et une couche catalytique ; la couche intermédiaire étant choisie parmi une couche de Ta métallique, une couche d'alliage de Ti-Ta ou une couche d'alliage de Ti-Pd ; et la couche catalytique étant choisie parmi une couche d'oxyde de métal précieux. L'électrode peut être utilisée comme anode pour l'électrodéposition par impulsions de courant inverse.
