Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for accelerating molecular computation using nucleic acid condensates and, more specifically, to a method for accelerating molecular computation using nucleic acid condensates, the method being designed such that nucleic acid condensates are produced by linking together a plurality of nucleic acid scaffolds having client-binding portions in a solution phase, and by making molecular computation elements to exist at a high concentration in the nucleic acid condensates, a nucleic acid strand displacement reaction between the molecular computation elements can occur with a higher probability.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour accélérer le calcul moléculaire au moyen de condensats d'acide nucléique et, plus particulièrement, un procédé d'accélération de calcul moléculaire au moyen de condensats d'acide nucléique, conçu de sorte que des condensats d'acide nucléique soient produits en reliant une pluralité d'échafaudages d'acide nucléique ayant des parties de liaison au client dans une phase de solution, et en faisant en sorte que des éléments de calcul moléculaire soient présents à une concentration élevée dans les condensats d'acide nucléique, une réaction de déplacement de brin d'acide nucléique entre les éléments de calcul moléculaire pouvant se produire avec une probabilité plus élevée.
