Summary:The present invention provides a method for preparing superabsorbent polymer particles, comprising the steps of: supplying, into a polymerization reactor, a composition comprising a water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomer having at least partially neutralized acidic groups, an internal cross-linking agent, and a polymerization initiator, and performing a polymerization reaction thereof to thereby obtain a hydrogel polymer; primary drying of the hydrogel polymer in a hot-air dryer to obtain a primary dried body; secondary drying of the primary dried body in a heat conduction-type dryer to obtain a secondary dried body; and pulverizing the secondary dried body to thereby obtain superabsorbent polymer particles. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de particules de polymère superabsorbant, comprenant les étapes consistant à : introduire, dans un réacteur de polymérisation, une composition comprenant un monomère éthyléniquement insaturé soluble dans l'eau présentant des groupes acides au moins partiellement neutralisés, un agent de réticulation interne et un initiateur de polymérisation, et effectuer la réaction de polymérisation correspondante pour obtenir ainsi un polymère en hydrogel ; effectuer un séchage primaire du polymère en hydrogel dans un sécheur à air chaud pour obtenir un corps séché primaire ; effectuer un séchage secondaire du corps séché primaire dans un sécheur de type à conduction thermique pour obtenir un corps séché secondaire ; et pulvériser le corps séché secondaire pour ainsi obtenir des particules de polymère superabsorbant. 본 발명은 적어도 일부가 중화된 산성기를 갖는 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체, 내부 가교제 및 중합 개시제를 포함하는 조성물을 중합 반응기에 공급하여 중합 반응시켜 함수겔 중합체를 얻는 단계; 상기 함수겔 중합체를 열풍식 건조기에서 1차 건조하여 1차 건조체를 얻는 단계; 상기 1차 건조체를 열전도식 건조기에서 2차 건조하여 2차 건조체를 얻는 단계; 및 상기 2차 건조체를 분쇄하여 고흡수성 수지 입자를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 고흡수성 수지 입자의 제조방법을 제공한다.
