This environment measurement device is provided with an estimation unit (44) which estimates the temperature distribution or the air flow distribution of a subject space (S). The estimation unit (44) estimates the temperature or the air flow of each region in a first virtual mesh (M1) by using a prescribed prediction method and a constraint condition added to the prediction method. The constraint condition includes at least one of: the value of the temperature or the air flow in a second virtual mesh (M2) in which the number of regions is less than that in the first virtual mesh (M1); the inflow/outflow rate of air in at least one of the regions in the first virtual mesh (M1); and at least one of temperature measurement values of the first virtual mesh (M1).
