Summary:The invention refers to a method for the production of microbial biocapsules comprising: (a) cultivating the filamentous fungus by vortex agitation and sonication, followed by inoculation and incubation, obtaining cultured filamentous fungal pellets and separately cultivating the microbial cells, obtaining cultured microbial cells; preparing a suspension of the pellets and the cells, in a proportion from 1:1 to 1:3 and subjecting the suspension to at least one vacuum infusion cycle, and incorporating the cells entrapped in the filamentous fungus matrix into a growth medium and incubating, obtaining the microbial biocapsules. L'invention concerne un procédé de production de biocapsules microbiennes comprenant : culture du champignon filamenteux par agitation au vortex et sonication, suivie d'une inoculation et d'une incubation, pour obtenir des granulés de champignon filamenteux cultivés et culture séparée des cellules microbiennes, pour obtenir des cellules microbiennes cultivées ; préparation d'une suspension des granulés et des cellules, dans une proportion allant de 1 : 1 à 1 : 3 et soumission de la suspension à au moins un cycle d'infusion sous vide, et incorporation des cellules piégées dans la matrice de champignon filamenteux dans un milieu de croissance et incubation ; obtention des biocapsules microbiennes.
