According to the present invention, a network node comprises: a reception unit that receives a signal requesting initial registration from a terminal, and an identifier of the terminal; and a control unit that stores the received information indicating the progress status of the initial registration in association with the identifier, and continues the progress of the initial registration, on the basis of the stored information indicating the progress status, in response to the initial registration request sent from the terminal identified by the identifier.
