L'invention concerne un mécanisme d'enregistrement d'un modèle anatomique, généré à partir de mesures d'emplacement, dans un modèle anatomique de référence. Un chemin entrepris par un dispositif d'intervention (pour lequel les mesures d'emplacement sont obtenues) est déterminé. Le chemin déterminé est utilisé pour enregistrer le modèle anatomique dans le modèle anatomique de référence.
