Summary:The present invention relates to a rehabilitation apparatus which can maximize the effect of rehabilitation exercise on the affected side of a patient with lower extremity hemiplegia in which differences in muscle strength are present. More specifically, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a body part in which a pair of circular plate-shaped disks are rotatably provided and which has a rotation detection sensor that detects the rotational speed of each of the disks and transmits same to a control part: pedal parts which are rotatably installed on either side of the outside of the body part so as to provide power for rotating the disks by means of external force; and a speed control part which is provided in the body part and presses the outer surface of the disks in stages through the control part so that the rotational speed of the pair of disks can be individually controlled. La présente invention concerne un appareil de rééducation qui peut maximiser l'effet d'exercices de rééducation sur le côté affecté d'un patient souffrant d'hémiplégie des membres inférieurs et présentant des différences de force musculaire. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : une partie corps dans laquelle une paire de disques en forme de plaque circulaire sont disposés de manière rotative et qui dispose d'un capteur de détection de rotation qui détecte les vitesses de rotation de chacun des disques et les transmet à une partie commande ; des parties pédale qui sont installées de manière rotative de chaque côté de l'extérieur de la partie corps de façon à fournir de l'énergie pour faire tourner les disques au moyen d'une force externe ; et une partie commande de vitesse qui est disposée dans la partie corps et comprime la surface externe des disques par paliers par l'intermédiaire de la partie commande de sorte que la vitesse de rotation de la paire de disques peut être commandée individuellement. 본 기술은 근력 차이가 존재하는 하지 편마비 환자의 환측에 대한 재활운동 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 재활장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 원판 형상으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 디스크가 회전가능하게 구비되되 각각의 상기 디스크에 대한 회전속도를 감지하여 제어부에 전송하는 회전감지센서가 구비된 몸체부와, 외력에 의해 상기 디스크가 회전하기 위한 동력을 제공할 수 있게 상기 몸체부 외부 양측으로 회전가능하게 설치되는 페달부 및 상기 몸체부에 구비되되 제어부를 통해 상기 디스크 외면을 단계별로 가압하여 한 쌍의 상기 디스크에 대한 회전속도가 개별 제어될 수 있도록 하는 속도조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
