The reagent storage device comprises: a reagent compartment (10), comprising a compartment body (11) and a compartment door (12) for closing the compartment body (11); a kit storage unit (20), arranged inside the compartment body (11) and comprising a kit accommodating space (20A), the kit accommodating space (20A) being configured to contain a kit (30) having a reagent storage space (30A); and a puncture unit (40), comprising a sample adding needle (41) arranged inside the compartment body (11).
