La présente invention concerne des méthodes de traitement de la leucémie à l'aide d'inhibiteurs de tyrosine kinase. L'invention concerne en particulier des méthodes de traitement de la LMC et de la LLA à l'aide d'un composé de formule I ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. Le composé de formule 1 a été démontré être efficace en toute sécurité et tolérable à une dose de 10 mg à 210 mg.
